Healthy eating is an important aspect of the school’s provision and the education of our children regarding choice, lifestyle and a balanced diet is a central part of our planning. Our excellent chef, Mr Paul Lavery, provides locally sourced and produced hot school meals for all children. As well as a main meal, there is also a daily salad bar, homemade soup and a jacket potato bar. There is also a choice of dessert or fresh fruit.  We can cater for dietary requirements whether religious, or medical and provide vegetarian options for all meals. Menus are seasonal and are planned on a half termly basis.

Children should bring in a piece of fruit for a break time snack and fresh water is provided.
