Homework is set every day, to be in the next day throughout the school. This is age appropriate in timing and content. E.G: Kindergarten may be asked to find an object at home beginning with their sound of the week, a Year 6 child may have a 40 minutes maths worksheet consolidating learning from the day.
We strongly believe that the homework not only helps consolidate the child’s learning, but helps them to develop skills needed for independent learning in the future. It also helps us to communicate with our parents, just what their child is learning.
