Year 5s had a brilliant day travelling back in time to the time of the Egyptians. They looked amazing in their costumes and enjoyed a fabulous day learning all about life in Ancient Egypt. They touched ‘real’ artefacts from Egyptian tombs, played Egyptian Snakes and Ladders, saw a ‘mummification’ and attended the funeral of Pharaoh Geoff. They learnt SO much and had so much fun! A huge thank you to ‘Portals from the Past’.
