Year 6 went to the Winchester Science Museum and had a fantastic day.
They watched a presentation in the planetarium on our Solar System, attended a hands-on workshop about adaptation (and pretended to be birds with different shape beaks) and then had the opportunity to experiment with all of the hands-on activities on offer.
They loved the day, in fact, in the words of one Year 6 pupil it was ‘awesome’!
