Before we can offer a child a place at our school, we interview parents, meet the
prospective pupil and show them around the school. The number of places is strictly
limited in order to maintain small class sizes. Admission to Talbot House Preparatory
School usually takes place in September - the beginning of the school year and children
are accepted into our Kindergarten class from the September after they have turned
three. Parents are advised to submit applications for a place as early as possible
to avoid disappointment as places will be considered in order of application and
any additional candidates that are granted a place will be put on a waiting list.
Subject to the availability of places and at the Head teacher's discretion, children
may be admitted into the school at any time, where they will be placed in the appropriate
year group according to their age.
